Help No RAM

There are a lot of apps that say "restarting" and there's 0 free RAM. I deleted most of my apps (only 5 downloaded remaining) but that didn't help. What's causing this shortage of RAM, and is there a way to fix this or is factory reset my only option? I tried to download the Auto Memory App but that didn't fix it. I can barely do anything on this phone due to the lack of RAM. The only apps I see in the "running" section are default apps.

It seems that you have the 512MB RAM version, if it's the case it's normal that your RAM is full.

Try to make a factory reset, with the default settings you should have more than 100MB of free RAM.

After setting up your phone, go to the Playstore and download this small app, each time you tap on its icon the app will try to free as much RAM as possible so you won't run out of RAM

My phone still has crashing issues after the reset, so I'll try that. Thanks!
