Help "No Recent Apps" when turning screen on...how to turn off?

Hi, My fellow Note 2 Brothers

Hopefully, I'm in the right forum now.

After the Android update a few weeks ago, I get this "No Recent Apps" or a list of Apps when I turn the screen on.

It's annoying, and I would like to turn it off.

How do I do that?

It seems to be a bug with the Sprint firmware update. Current workaround is to activate slide unlock within the lockscreen options.
