Root no root help for cricket update

I guess there is no root resolution to cricket update! I tried all methods to no avail so I am consulting the experts who I thoroughly respect for your tireless effort but I'm getting nowhere please help

This upgrade has ruined my phone tremendously, is there anyway I can flash it back to stock without this stupid f'ing upgrade.
