No screen lock while on USB

I used to be able to leave my screen unlocked when on my USB cable, but since the update, it doesn't work. I have set the setting in development appropriately. Any ideas?

I have not noticed mine timing out as i have it set to never time out ... but i normally turn it off when I am done ...

I am running and extended tested and will repost the results

Mine stays on fine ... i checked it in Both the phone's system setting and the app Toggle Settings ... and I have it set to never timeout ...

And then when i am taking a break ... I just do the power to sleep it ...
