NO SCREENSHOTS

[ROBBSKLLZ]

I've had this cel for some time now. I recently tried to take a screenshot but it doesn't work, the volume down button when pressed simultaneously with the on/off button just turns the volume up or down. It used to work perfectly but now it doesn't. Did it go bad?

What system update are you using? Bo14? It could be your phone!  Works well on 14. Very quickly. Go to file manager and check  in download  to see if anything  is present.  Hope this helps!

Yea it's BO14, cel is up to date. I tried it today and happened to snap one off a pic but with the volume line up top in the pic.
