Help no sd card?

i get the droid 4 fo my wife and the power on and off buttom shakes! when is presed is this normal? and no sd card on the phone?
 
This is true - there is no SD card in the current phone package, which is disappointing. However, this is probably part of the "relatively low" price. Yes, the Power Button is a large complaint for a lot of people - it's not a particularly good fit for its slot, nor is it as springy as one would like. However, I have yet to encounter a problem on account of the button getting jammed or anything, so I guess I'll live with it.
 
Yeah, I wish it did come with a SD card!

My power button has been nice and stable, no issues.

I know people have been complaining about its location, but I actually prefer the power button on top of the phone, so I'm not hitting it when I'm holding the phone on the sides.
 
I actually prefer the lower price to them including an SD card... most people already have one from their previous phone by now, and if they don't they're exceptionally cheap on Newegg or Amazon.

As far as the power button goes, I like that it's up top, but it would be nice if it was offset so it doesn't get pushed when I'm forcing it into my pocket :-)
 
My power button has a good quality fit to it. It should feel slightly loose, but not so much it worries you. Take your phone back and ask to see another one or two to see if their buttons are better.

As for the SD card, I went out and bought a faster Sandisk class 6 card for less than Verizon would have charged for their stock class 4 card.
