Apps No SDK Manager in the tool bar

Hi,

I downloaded the "Eclipse ADT with the Android SDK for Windows" here: (https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html), unzipped the files, opened up eclipse, but did not see the SDK Manager in the tool bar.
I can launch it directly being the file SDK Manager.exe, but am just checking if this is indicative a fundamental issue with my instal (I am on Windows8.1).
Thanks

Hey Jack, welcome to our AndroidForums!

The Android SDK Manager option should be appearing under the "Window" menu drop down (i.e., File, Edit, Run, Source, Refactor, Navigate, Search, Project, Window, Help).

Perhaps if you're not seeing it could be you haven't yet installed the Android ADT Plugin?

I don't have Windows 8 so I'm just guessing here...

Best of luck!

edit: ah, and I just noticed this thread was in the Android Lounge...I'm going to move it to our Application Development area for you :).
