Help No Service problem

First problem - The phone goes in and out of service daily. Always seems to have the no service symbol at the top of the screen. i have to restart the phone in order for it to correct itself, then after so long, it will usually happen again.

Another problem - It repeatedly restarts itself. It will stop in the middle of using it and just start restarting over and over.

Any advice?

Bring it into a repair shop and get a repair estimate. There's something wrong with it, but it has to be diagnosed in order to fix it. (Telling a doctor you're sick isn't good enough for him to help you - he has to know exactly what you're sick with. Same thing for the phone.)
