I can't make any phone calls on my lg esteem and I took it to metro so they could try to fix it but I have the flash #2 on my phone and they couldn't factory reset it and said they couldn't fix it so now im stuck to no service. If anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it!!!

What's going on with the esteem when u press the # key does it take you to a screen say test . If not its 3. Things you can do one is with a app from the market .the second is the test mode repair . The third is to reset the network application in the manage application section .
The app from the market is any cut .. open the app select new short cut . Goto activity now scroll down to you see cdma options .. o yes it is 2 of them you want to select the first one . A pop up will show select it now close the app out . Goto the main screen and you will see the app cdma options on your home screen hit the app yes now it say force close its ok select the force close the 4g will go invisible for a second once it reappear you should have data now that's it you should be fixed
