Help No signal after rooting android

After i Rooted my samsung galaxy core prime i noticed my phone wasnt getting signal anymore...so weeks later my dad sens me a prepaid card to pay my phone and now i cant bcs i have no service...what happened im a noob plz helo me..i wont be able to reply or see these posts at all please message me on my kik or facebook
