No signal on Android

[Android Question]

I have a Huawei Ascend P1 and I think i accidentally messed up with something in my phone and i suddenly lost my signal. i thought it was just the towers but its going on for two days now and i don't know what to do. Wi-fi is good but i can't receive any texts or calls. that little symbol that represents the signal is just a shadow ,there were no straight lines going on there right now. I tried inserting my sim card on my other phone and the signal is perfect. So i knew it was the phone. I have tried factory resetting, restarting my phone all over again but nothing. I checked the status on my phone and this is what i saw

mobile network type: unknown
service state: out of service
roaming: not roaming
mobile network state: disconnected
my phone number shows
IP address: unavailable

i am really frustrated. Please please help me!!

Hi

have you checked the APN settings? You should b able to check what they should be on the other phone that works.
