Help No 'Software Update' option in menu

Hi,
Been meaning to update my ICS on S3 with the (relatively) new software features like the brightness control in the notification bar which was released a couple of months ago.

I understand the way to do this is via Settings > About Device > Software Update...however I don't get the 'Software Update' option appearing in my menu.

Also not sure how I'll upgrade to JB if they ever get round to releasing it.

Just took a quick vid on my iPad and put it on Youtube which shows the menu situation.

You are branded to a carrier, which has customized the firmware and took out the option to check OTA updates. There's not much you can do, unless you are willing to flash an unbranded firmware, you are stuck with that until your carrier releases the update through Kies.
