Actually I desperately need help to solve a sound problem. It is not the first time that it is happening on my android tablet and i am tired that I have look for aftersales services again. The earphones are working properly but there is no sound coming out of the speakers while listening to music or videos or running a game... I mean speakers are like muted but my settings show everything ok and on maximum volumes. A hard reset already done but yet still same problem. I like my tablet a lot even my daughters but we are quite fed up with always the same problem mostly the little one. Poor girl of 4 years old she wants the sound on when playing... So please somebody help me find a good solution.
