Not really sure why this is happening. When I call a business like my bank and am asked to press "0" for an operator, no sound comes from the keyboard. It still works, so it's not a huge deal, but still a bit annoying.
That's how it suppose to be. really though its annoying when it DOES make a sound, especially for the person on the other line. I think it's better this way.
I'm referring to when you first get thru to a company's phone system, and no person has answered the phone. One is usually requested to press "0" for an operator or another number for a different department. I've never had a phone that didn't make the sound which is why I'm asking, although it's not really a big deal.
