No sound on sprint video to PCM

I have taken video on my sprint phone. I can hear the sound on the phone but it does not have sound only PC. The computer does plau sounds, just not the video from the phone.
 
Sounds like a CODEC issue - basically, the phone's video player doesn't support the video format.

You could either convert the file on a PC using a converter (lots available - find one with Google) or you could try installing a 3rd party video player from the Play Store. Often these support more video formats.
