Help No Sound Options

I have a Samsung S2 (Sprint) and somewhere along the way I either set something wrong or installed something wrong, or an app was updated that prevents me from adjusting any sound options. Volume, ringtone, and notification ringtone are all grayed out. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you been to settings/sounds and see if the silent mode is checked, if you want sounds it should be unchecked... Also check your drop down menu and check the sound/ sound vibration tab hope thia helps...
