No sound when recording

I record video or voice and play back file and their is no sound.

Tried recording battery and no luck, any on else have this happen

In order for someone to help you with your problem and fix it we will need the full problem of your android device .
Cause from the looks of it sounds like the volume maybe turned down or you didn't download a mp4

I can hear sound, they can hear me, But i am not able to get any noise when i record sounds through any recoridng apps... if i am it is very muzzled and cant hear it, not even static nosie, i do construction so it could be a little dusty....
