No sound

My galaxy rush has no sound. It is not ringing or playing music. What could the problem be???!

From the home screen

Menu
Settings
Sound
Check that it is all turned on

If that's not it then I suggest you sign up to the forums and post your question in the section for your phone as it's more complicated and may need a 2 way discussion
