I have no sound on my galaxy s2. All settings are on but nothing. No keypad or media sound?

Make sure ALL the volume controls are turned up. Make sure the phone isn't in mute mode.
Plug an earphone into the earphone jack. If you have sound in the earphone it's a bad jack or bad speaker (or a broken wire somewhere). If not, there may or may not be sound coming out of the motherboard. It may be a hardware or software problem. It has to be diagnosed by someone who has the phone in his or her hand.

All sound is up . Not muted. No sound from earphones either. Must be internal like you said. Thank you
