No storage available

So, I've backed up my photos, uninstalled some apps, but why does my phone insist that there's no storage still? Should I do a hard reboot?

Wipe cache partition is done in Recovery Mode. Turn off device. Press and hold Volume up key, Home key and power button at the same time. When the phone vibrates, release the Power button and continue to hold home and Volume up until Recovery screen appears. Release keys and using the Volume down key move to Wipe Cache Partition then use Power button to carry out wipe. Reboot will show and Power button will enable. See if that has the desired effect. Neil.

No luck. My storage settings tells me that most of it is being eaten up by "Miscellaneous files," most of which is System memory... Got rid of more cached data and I'll be uninstalling more apps. There are some useful ones that I do need to keep updated and this is getting in the way...

After meandering around the Storage Settings, I managed to clear Cached Data. Along with apps I don't use, I opened up a lot of space and my updates went through.. Thanks for all your input!
