Help No Storage

Hi,
I am trying to delete videos and pictures from auto backup, it has deleted them to the recycle bin, but they are still taking space up on my phone and I have no storage, is there anyway I can find the recycle bin and delete them altogether for more space?
My phone is Samsung S4, thanks for any help.

Android doesn't have a recycle bin. If you delete something it is gone.

So what exactly did you do if you think they are in a recycle bin? Have you installed an app to add that function?

Autobackup usually copies to the cloud, either on Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox. If you've deleted the backed-up images, you probably have deleted them from cloud storage which wouldn't effect the phone's memory.

Hi, thanks for your replies, I thought the files had been deleted but it is still saying that there are 731 files of videos and pictures in the auto backup even though there are no pictures showing just blank screens, also i still havent got free storage which should have happened if the files were all gone. It just said the have been removed to bin, but that means they have not been deleted alltogether?
