no streams work on tv box

Are you in the UK or Ireland perchance? Could be your ISP is now blocking the illegal pirated streams.

Some of the streams I often watch in China were blocked by Sky, when I was in the UK last week. I usually use a VPN though.

What streams are they, Exodus or something? Could be they shut down or were seized by the feds. You might have to refresh the whatever sources it was using. Contact the place or vendor were you bought the TV box.

Does the box still definitely connected to the Internet OK, can it still browse regular legal websites like Google or YouTube?

If you do a speed test and the internet connection is what it should be AND YouTube works just fine and plays HD videos without issue then it's reasonable to assume that your ISP is blocking illegal content.

Well, I don't see how as apart from your illegal add-ons being blocked, the box works just fine!

Why not try some LEGAL add-ons first and see if you get the same problems.

A factory reset is a drastic and dangerous move and should be seen as a very last resort!

If the 'legal' add-ons work then your next step would be to subscribe to a VPN.

How do you know the streams aren't working if you don't have any add-ons installed?

If your box came with pre-installed add-ons uninstall them or reinstall KODI and learn how to use it.

It sounds like you have a bunch of outdated add-ons on your KODI installation.

They were already set up. I just pick a channel and go to movies or tv shows. When I go on now it shows time elapsed time takes a long time then no stream available pops up

Uninstall then re-install KODI and reinstall the add-ons.

I uninstalled Kodi now I can't reinstall it box is now even more useless than before. Might be time to get a firestick
