Accessories No such case??

Probably spent a couple hours at least over the past few days searching for a pouch type case that attaches to one's belt via a sturdy, sewn loop. Tons of cases that use belt clips but I need something that can not come off-- even if hiking through thick brush e.g. No belt clip is that secure.

All I'm able to find is more people looking for the same thing! Somebody out there must make such a pouch type case, no?
 
I have a Note 4 that used to be in a portfolio case. I needed something REALLY BIG to hold it on my hip securely. I purchased this:

It actually has loops that you run the belt through, making it impossible to just "fall off". It's horizontal, access to the phone is easy... and because it's designed for the Galaxy Mega, there's plenty of space in it. Highly Recommended!
 
For years I have been modifying belt pouches with clips.
I just attach a couple of leather belt loops. I stitch them on both sides of the clip and sometimes remove the clip completely.
Doesn't look pretty but I don't care, nobody sees it.
A simple leather repair kit and some scrap sturdy leather is all that's needed. I had a cobbler do the first one and decided I was doing the next.
