Help no support from the overseas who sold me

My Flytouch 3. I broke the flat grey ribbon cable opening it up because the tf card inside was indeed defective. I replaced the tf card, got it working, flashed it, working great, restarted, it remembered everything, and damnit... The lcd slid on my counter, and ripped the flat grey cable. 2 months later, I'm still looking for a flat grey cable, that connects the lcd with metal connector, to the printed circuit board on the other side of the flytouch3 with a flat connector. Please someone please assist in locating this cable. Also my power supply was a dud too. Thank you anyone and I do have paypal

The ribbon cables are integral to the screen they are connected to and cannot be replaced by themselves. As the grey/silver cable is the display cable you will have to replace the display. The smaller copper coloured cable is the touch screen cable and touch screens are easier to find. Perhaps someone reading your post will have a bricked FT3 and will be willing to sell you their screen?

Replacement power supplies are available from ebay and chinagrabber. Get the right voltage.

I cant believe they wouldn't sell a cable. The screen isn't broken, just the cable with the metal connector from the back side of the LCD PANEL to the main board, that's like saying you broke the cable from your lcd panel on your laptop, connecting to the motherboard, so you need to buy a new screen because of a cable?

I'm working with a different vendor, and he's researching, so maybe yes, someone with a bricked one please reply, but I really just need the cable. The screen has less than 10 minutes of use on it.

I have had no luck so far, The cable I'm looking for is the BIGGEST cable inside the flytouch, connecting the lcd screen to the main board. My touchscreen, and that small cable is fine.. Please someone email me at engravingtags@gmail.com if you can point me in the right direction. I've had this unit for six months, and only used it for 20 minutes. The tf card inside was defective, and I did put in a card, it worked, but putting this back together I slipped and let the panel tear the big grey cable.
