No TV OUT through 3.5mm?

Can anyone confirm this?

So is this confirmed? Anyone have a Fascinate that won't do TVout (AV red-white-yellow through headphone jack) like the Vibrant? I know DLNA is the future but I'd really prefer the std def due to current bandwidth/micro sd capacities.

As of right now this is merely a pipe dream. Go to the actual product page:

A Samsung rep on Twitter (who knows if reliable or not ...) even claimed that it was a mistake to list the Galaxy S on the item's compatibility page. And has anyone even received one of these cables in real life? I have yet to find an owner of this cable, let alone someone who has successfully tested this out.
 
It is true.... but the hardware DOES support video output through the 3.5mm plug. Just take a flashlight and look inside and it has 4 jacks for it, just like the Captivate. It seems that VZW disabled it to push Allshare, and so it doesn't compete with the Droid X and Droid 2. It looks like a Captivate based custom ROM, or possibly the Froyo update will unlock this functionality.
Stupid Verizon.
