Help No update available

I received the Gingerbread OTA notification last night and believe I followed the instructions correctly...

Settings > About Phone > Systems Updates > Update Firmware

But I get the following:

"No software update is available at this time. Your current software is up to date."

But my firmware version is 2.2.1...

Of course the notification is gone as soon as I closed it so I can't confirm instructions.

Will I miss the update or is it just the case that the server is busy and/or I got the notification but haven't been released to receive the update?

Glad Im not the only one having this problem! I was getting a little pissed off. LOL
