Help No vibrate

I can't get the phone to vibrate when I receive txt messages or email. It vibrates for phone calls. I asked two other people and they have the same problem.

You can set the vibration level for each type of incoming action - have you checked that setting? Under settings>sound>general>vibration intensity.

Yup it's all the way up.

When you have messages open, there is also a setting to enable notifications. Is that checked as well?
