Whenever i get a text message I don't get a vibration even though its set to vibrate. I get a vibration for email and calls but not text. Any ideas on how to fix this? I really don't want to do a hard reset on it because i've done 3 of those in the last week and i'm tired of putting in all my information all the time. BTW this started right after I upgraded to ICS.......

Have you found the solution yet? If not try installing a 3rd party messaging app like GoSMS and see if the phone vibrates when getting a message then.
I don't use the stock messaging app at all so I'm not really familiar with specific settings for it.
