No vid/audio lag hdmi gaming on s3??

Hiyas, just got a new s3 from boost. Was looking into my options for gaming on an hdmi tv (phillips 39" led smart). I had the s2, and mhl adaptor, but the 1 second lag made gaming impossible. I see these mhl hubs on amazon and ebay (both samsung and 3rd party), including power, usb, storage slot, and hdmi. What i want to be able to do is use a ps4 ds4 controller, wired, hdmi, and still get power to phone. The power is the least important as id prolly end up with a second batery or 3. Sow hats my options here, biggest key is no video lag on tv.

wanna play some old skool games i couldnt afford back then, and the ds4 works perfect on s3. was playing perfect dark, but such small screen. =(

What is a ds4 mate? Im so new to android gaming. Its only been since getting my tab in january. I like 1st person games but i hate the onscreen controls.
Im gona see if any friends/family have an old ps3 controller and then is it Sixaxis i need?

the playstation 4 controller. (dualshock4). it works perfect wired, havent seen anything on it working wireless yet though. =(
