Help no voice cmd for photos

I haven't been able to find this feature on my GS 3. have looked under Settings language and input and I also look under settings in the camera and nothing.
Any ideas as to why or is it somewhere else

I'm guessing you've updated to jellybean. The options been moved to svoice settings. You can also put the smart switch widget on your homescreen which gives you a toggle for voice command.
