Help No Voicemail Notification

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but here goes.
I don't get a notification when I have voicemail. I get a missed call notification, but that's it. To make matters worse, I can't fint the voicemail app on my phone! Here's the twist; I have a SHW-M440S, which is the South Korean version of the S3. Everything else works great except for this. Any ideas? Maybe they don't have voicemail in Korea?

I use the YouMail app for voicemail. It's fun because it greets callers in you contacts by name. It also provides a notification icon for voicemail. Sometimes it seems slow to arrive though.
