Help No Voicemail Notifications

I have the most up to date version of the VM app on this phone but I'm NEVER notified of any voicemails. I have to call my VM randomly to see if I have any and I usually do. What could be the reason? I went through the settings and everything but nothing fixed it... Any help?


BTW... Virgin Mobile is horrible when it comes to Customer Service... does anyone have a way for me to contact the supervisors or higher ups that can ACTUALLY help me? I honestly can never understand what some of these people are saying and it's really frustrating... I hope someone here can help me.. THANKS!

That's odd...I had been using the latest stock updates and got notifications for the most part...Until once I moved, but that's different, as I had no service.

What ROM are you on?

I just responded to another thread with a long and drawn out explanation/rant on my issues with voicemail and Virgin Mobile phone support. These guys finally helped me when I had some troubles:

They're apparently an official support team, so don't worry about giving them your account info. You can Google around to find info on the address.

Good luck! I know it was frustrating as heck to get mine working for a while.
