I have the most up to date version of the VM app on this phone but I'm NEVER notified of any voicemails. I have to call my VM randomly to see if I have any and I usually do. What could be the reason? I went through the settings and everything but nothing fixed it... Any help?
BTW... Virgin Mobile is horrible when it comes to Customer Service... does anyone have a way for me to contact the supervisors or higher ups that can ACTUALLY help me? I honestly can never understand what some of these people are saying and it's really frustrating... I hope someone here can help me.. THANKS!
