Help No voicemail

Well this august marks the one year mark for my prevail and I'm still loving it!! I have put a lit of time and effort into this phone to make it perform at its best and be its best. the only thing that us still a problem is my voicemail. it turns out that when I purchased the phone voicemail was not present on it. I could not access it, I would not get notificationsfor it, it was like it wasn't a part of the phone. sooo, I used odin to flash the phone thinking it would work, but I was wrong. every odin flash worked great but each was missing the voicemail feature. this is becoming a serious problem and I really need a fix for it. somebody help me!!!!

This seems like an unusual problem. What did Boost customer service say?

To set up my voicemail but I can't, my phone hangs up when I try. I cakes them again and they said there was nothing they could do -_-
