No Web browser on phone No android market! help!

Hi Everyone, this is my first time on here and i'm a newbie so be kind please :)

After transferring over to giffgaff I wanted to remove all the orange bloatware in my phone. Rooted my phone etc and removes some unwanted apps. Then android market stopped working and all my contacts dissapearded and the command ' android.process.acore force close' kept appearing After some advice from another forum I then reverted my phone back to factory settings in the hope that I could just start the process again. However as i had uninstalled all the apps before the factory reset removed evrything including my dolphin browser AND my giff gaff internet settings. So now all ia m left with is a non working android market and gmail still and no web browser so i can't download any apps to remedy this! Thankfully I am receving texts and calls as normal. What shoudl i do? after all this i'm a bit scared to install a brand new ROM and if that was my only option would I not need to root my phone again and how could i do this without android app market!!

I've only had the phone a week!!:(:(

Hi There I have sent you a message on giff gaff. Now have 3g back as can access youtube however no web browser and market etc. Have tried to add account to sync it and the phone seems to restart. have a feeling that it may have something to do with gmail not be sycned with my phone. the command 'android.process.acore' still appears when trying to add contacts to my phone. when I tap on the gmail and android market app they open but then shutdown straight away.my pictures and music are still on the phone so sd card is not affected i think.
