No widgets anymore??

[ronlinders]

On my HTC Hero I could find some widgets after installing programs, not HTC related.

Now I have my Samsung Ace and installed the same programs but the widgets are not installed. Meaning, I can not find them under the widgets menu.

Is this related to Android 2.3.5 or am I missing something??

thx Ron

They will have installed to the sd card. if you want the widgets to show in the menu the said apps must be moved to the phones memory.

Thanks Gammer, that did the job! Still I find it very rear that HTC didn't have that issue. Can't it be solved on my Ace? Just changing an default installation setting?
