Help No Wifi while charging overnight

I charge my Inspire overnight and I've noticed that in the morning the wifi is off. As I look at the notification bar, it pops back on and connects to my network, but the problem is, apparently, it has been using the 3g connect to access the internet.

Since I pay for my data (GoPhone), this is not desirable. Yesterday it had used 32 megs of data. I used DroidWall to block the program that used all that data. I checked some settings, etc. When I got up this morning..same thing...but it had only used 165KB of data (because I had blocked the data hogging app).

Any ideas why my wifi would disappear overnight? I've tried it with and without Juicedefender, checked my power settings, etc., etc., and I can figure out why the Wifi would disappear while charging at night.

Go to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Wi-Fi Settings then tap Menu>Advanced. Under Wi-Fi sleep policy select Never. This will prevent Wi-Fi from turning off when the phone is in sleep mode.

Most of us don't think to push menu there cause it's like the only place where pushing menu inside a menu does anything. It's ******ed.

@john yea. I was just telling someone about that. Seemed odd at the time. Glad it was pointed out because it worked well!
