Hey, he lives near me! (Well, about 25 minutes away). I'm a big fan of his youtube channel. He does a great job of exploring/explaining scientific stuff in an understandable and interesting way.
Most know that you can make a hard turn with a great lean.
I'm not responsible for any spills but try it sometime at speed as you would on a motorcycle - lean in to the turn and push out on the handlebar.
You will drop quickly, you will turn faster than you ever have and if you're not used to a motorcycle you will be on your way to the pavement.
Pull the handlebar smartly back so the front wheel is again in full alignment - accelerate immediately just like on a motorcycle - and trust the big gyros.
You'll be upright in a blink.
If you like to ride a motorcycle near as possible to the pavement unwinding roads then this is the trick for you.
Complete rush.
PS - obviously, the inside leg and pedal have to be all the way up at 12 o'clock - when I warned you'll lean, I meant it.
