WOW everybody trade there Thrill in not a peep for awhile mabe i need to trade mine in or it's the perfect phone you guys are scaring me did i get the right phone or should i have got the samsung s2

While I think the SG2 is better on paper and performance, I think it's mostly a matter of preference. I played with both at Best Buy, and I liked the Thrill much better in my hands. I found the SG2 too light and plasticy feeling. It is strange that there is not much discussion on this thread though.

there's way more talk about the thrill on xda....like double the amount! I'll be upgrading my device if the nexus prime comes to at&t...but not til march of next year.

I really like the thrill i still have till the 20th to return it if the update has not come i will either load a new rom or get the samsung. It's like buying fast cars
at 55 i want one smooth and well build like my Porsche 944 not a yugo with
a v8 that shakes your teeth out and has black and gray lines in the spedo

The GS2 (at&t version) forums is better but nothing like the captivate forum when it came out. Not even close! I go under certain phone rooms here and the only one I find busy is the Droid Bionic and E4GT. I think alot of people are waiting on the Prime. There's just to many phones out right now and doesn't seem like its slowing down. For example...atrix 1 was released in January I believe. Yet atrix 2 is being released here in a few weeks. Doest make any sence but Google and the FCC allow it. I personally think phone carriers need a limit per year. That way we dont get left behind in updates. This is really the only thing that ticks me off about android. I Iike what HTC has been doing. They slowed down big time. That's gives them time to worry about less updates. Samsung and Motorola should take lessons! Those two are worried about quantity not quality.
