Non-gmail Mail apps

I downloaded K-9, because it's the only one that really came up when I did a google search for non-gmail mail apps. Is it better just to use the HTC mail app? Is this the "You Mail" that keeps being referenced? Anytime I launch TasKiller, i see "Mail". is that the default mail app/You Mail?

Sorry, I'm just really confused.

'Better' in this instance is probably a personal preference based on how you like your email apps to look and feel. Like thetomlin, I use the default app and it works just file. I have it set up to send/receive mail from three different accounts.
