Noname android tv box

Hi, im just curious, if i buy a noname android 2.2 tv box on ebay and it doesnt have android market pre-installed - is it possible to download this app to the box later?

The player im going to buy have support for flash 10.3, if a webpage in future require higher flash, is it possible then to upgrade or do i need firmware update from manufacture?

How big is the chance that a noname box will have firmware updates?

Will every app on appbrain/market work on it?

Android Market - usually you can't. Some device can, e.g., Archos 70 stock firmware doesn't have Market pre-installed; but you can install it with Gappsinstaller. This app won't work with every Android tablet/box.
Flash - it depends that Flash is bundled in the firmware or not (the seller might not be able to answer you). If yes, you can't.
Firmware update - usually you will not have its official support, unless you can find the equivalent box which inside chips are same.

If the price is not very much cheaper, I would suggest buying brand-name box which has history of firmware upgrade.
