Noob needs help

I am not the most computer literate guy and I have no experience rooting and changing ROMS. I have a Viewsonic G tablet and would like to upgrade ROM to TNT Lite 4.0. I'm not having luck loading Clockwordmod, etc. Is there someplace in the Seminole/Orange County FL where I can take my tablet and pay for this service? Thanks.
