Help Noob Question

Hey Guys,

I'm new to android coming from a blackberry. My question is with widgets like facebook and such. Is there any way to enlarge it? like the size of friend stream on htc's? or is that little rectangle the only size for the widget? Any help would be appreciated.

I was going to suggest using Social Hub like the first Galaxy S had but I just checked and dont see a Social Hub widget..

It depends. Touchwiz 4.0, Samsung's newest launcher, can do it with some widgets, but not all. Launcher Pro Plus, an upgraded, paid version of Launcher Pro can do it with every widget I've tried except for Sense widgets. Those are the only launchers that I know for sure can do it. I know that Sense and the plain vanilla AOSP launcher can't do it at all. Other launchers like Go EX or ADW may have the ability, but I'm not familiar which ones can or can't. Sorry for the ambiguous answer.
