Noob questions here, please help!

So I have the VM gs2.

1. Can I get a custom recovery from the list off of rom manager (the app) if my build isn't on there (use the i9000) or is this the epic4g?

2. Can I flash roms from the i9000 (or any other) build or will that mess up my phone?

Sorry for the noob questions just looking to flash CM11 and want to be as careful as possible.

This is the D710, do not flash roms for any other phone or you will brick your phone. If you're looking for roms, check out the forum on xda(Samsung Epic 4g Touch). Tons of custom roms from ICS to Kit-Kat.

Yea Xda has the best roms for this phone its not supported here anymore by devs on this site. They all moved on to bigger and better things.
