Noob tablet user, question(s) re: Dolphin Browser

Hi folks, new guy here, new to the Tablet scene, having recently bought a Transformer Prime.

A couple days ago I decided to try a non-stock browser, and have been trying Dolphin. I like it so far, but have a bunch of questions about the browser, probably dumb questions but... yeah... (I tried a search here, bt couldn't find these answers)

1 - On the Bookmarks side bar, by default there are a couple folders... one called "Bookmarks bar" and one called "Other bookmarks". Does the one named "Bookmarks bar" have any significance? The name suggests to me that bookmarks placed in there would appear on some special... bar... somewhere, lol. But, not that I can see. Am I missing something, or is that folder just a regular folder with an odd name?

2 - reading around the internet, I see reference to Dolphin Connect, and how it can be used to synch bookmarks, which excited me as I have yet to find a way to properly grab my PC bookmarks and move them to the tablet... but I can't find that function... is it not available on the tablet browser?

3 - Maybe related to #3... In the Dolphin settings, under DOLPHIN ACCOUNT SETTINGS, I can enter my email address and choose to sync... what am I synching?? I tried synching just to see what happens, but it just kept attempting to synch for several minutes so I eventually just killed it.

4 - while tab-browsing, when I scroll down on a page, the Tabs scroll up off the page, and if I then want to close the tab I have to scroll back to the top of the page so I can actually see the tab bar to close that tab. Is there a way to have the tab bar show while scrolled down the page?

I think that's it... lol. SOrry for the noob questions, just trying to figure out how to get the most out of the browser.

1. Its like on Chrome. Main bookmarks go to the Bookmarks Bar, Other bookmarks that you want to hide from sight go to other bookmarks if you want.

2. When you first started Dolphin it would have asked you to log in. It would sync your bookmarks across all devices where you use Dolphin. For grabbing your PC bookmarks, method depends on what PC Browser you use.

3. You are syncing your bookmarks on dolphin browser to dolphin connect. So if you have a phone with dolphin browser also, all bookmarks between the two devices will be synced.

4. press the menu button.

Thanks. :)

1. That's kind of what I thought it meant, similar to the Firefox bookmark toolbar on PC, where the fave's placed there appear on a toolbar-type deal... but in Dolphin, the favorites I put in the Bookmark Bar folder don't show anywhere else, other than if I swipe the bookmarks into view, and then select the Bookmarks Bar folder. Is that the intended use? Or are those favorites supposed to appear somewhere else?

2. Ahh OK, it's for synching between multiple mobile devices, I see.

3. Got it, thanks, that explains why mine just ran forever, as I don't have any other mobile devices. lol

4. Menu button.... /searches for the menu button.
