I would like to develop an app for using a barcode reader to scan and update my container data on a server machine at a remote location. Where do I start? I have downloaded eclipse and have been looking around in that. I seem to be able to find information but no real sample apps that show tcp/ip client/server type code. If anyone can direct me to where I can find how android does this I would greatly appreciate it.
