I have both MobileGo and Norton Mobile apps on my Samsung Galaxy S4. They both say each other is unsafe and/or high risk.
Can anyone recommend which app is the safest and/or best for Samsung Galaxy S4 Android version 4.4.4?

MobileGo is an app by wondershare and the only people I've ever heard say anything good about wondershare apps are shills/wondershare employees who join forums specifically to promote/spam the app. :)

Whilst I've no personal experience of Norton Mobile security, I'm not a fan of Norton products in general. What exactly is it you're looking to use Norton for?

If you're looking at the AV capabilities, you don't really need AV on Android. Just be careful with what you install, only install apps from legit app stores and be mindful of app permissions. If you want to be extra sure, this should help keep you safe: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.malwarebytes.antimalware

The remote lock, wipe & locate stuff, Android has that built in: https://www.google.co.uk/android/devicemanager

Does that help?

Thank you, I suppose I'm looking for guidance as to any mobile app that helps block potential virus' and/or malware.
I'm not sure if it's even needed on mobile devices....but thought I should have something. I'm not computer savvy, so i like recommendations/guidance to help my devices stay 'safe' and clean of junk that slows it down.
Norton mobile popped up b/c I have Norton 360 on my desktop. I guess it somehow attached to my mobile device when i connected my phone to desktop.
I will delete Norton mobile and Wondershare from my Galaxy S4 and try the Malwarebytes.
I don't know what AV capability is. So i guess i'm not looking for that.
thank you for your help!!

You're welcome!

AV = AntiVirus. :)

The best advice I can give you is just to install via legit app stores like Google Play & Amazon (there are more, but these would be the most reliable) and if you're unsure about something, please ask.
