Not able to download updates

you received another update after getting the pie update? why are you not able to download? what happens when you try? is it an error? slow? just hangs at a certain percentage?

the more info we have the better we can help.
 
Starting from beginning I got new phone then I configured at pie with all password and security settings. Then after 1st reboot screen has got locked and showing wrong pattern.
To overcome this issue I given hard reset.
After hard reset my phone got unlocked, but was unable to download neither app update or install new apps.
