Help Not able to open Settings- SAMSUNG Galaxy Pocket

Hi,
I have SAMSUNG Galaxy GT-S5300. I am not able to open Menu-> Settings. It just shows a blank screen , phone vibrates and comes back to Menu again. I have tried factory reset also but no improvement.

Could you please help? Thanks in advance.

What happens when you go to the actual settings app in app drawer?

Well I am referring to Settings in App Drawer only. When I touch Settings in App Drawer it shows blank screen for a while with Settings written on left top. The phone vibrates and comes back to App Tray.

No. No firware update done recently.
