Not able to start internet using 3G

Hi,

I am using Moto Blur.

The 3g network is getting detected but not able to browse i.e the download arrows are not showing up.

Also when it occasionally shows up (may be once a day) and i start browsing then the network switches to EDGE or 1X after 5-10 mins.

Please help regarding the two problems. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a problem with your carrier. Call them up and have them troubleshoot.
