Apps Not able to uninstalling apk file

Hi ,

I have installed "selendroid-test-app-0.10.0.apk" in emulator using adb command. After few day , i removed the emulator and added new emulator in my machine. Now i am trying to install this apk in new emulator with same adb command. But when i tried, it is showing error "Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]" .

Please help me to resolve it.
